A Witch's Tail part 1 (5.01)
The Charmed Ones are drawn to an innocent mermaid who must elicit a proclamation of love from her mortal boyfriend or lose her immortality to a water demon known as the Sea Hag. Determined to save the mermaid, the Charmed Ones cast a spell, unfortunately morphing Phoebe into a mermaid. Confused and surprised by Cole's unexpected return from the underworld, Phoebe finds a new sense of independence in the sea and refuses to return to land.

A Witch's Tail part 2 (5.02)
Necron, an undead demon who was using the Sea Hag to acquire the mermaid's immortality, now sets his sights on mermaid Phoebe, and Paige and Piper must figure out how to protect her before she is killed. Piper casts a spell to overcome her panic attacks, but instead becomes brash and overconfident to the point of endangering herself and the baby.

Happily Ever After (5.03)
An evil witch from a fairy tale tries to increase her power by trapping the Charmed Ones in warped versions of classic fairy tales. Phoebe attends a formal ball as Cinderella and meets an evil Prince Charming, Paige takes a bite from a poisoned apple, and Piper has a nasty confrontation with a big bad wolf.

Siren's Song (5.04)
The Siren, who preys on married men and their wives, puts Cole under a spell and Piper and Paige must try to figure out how to save Phoebe from certain death. Meanwhile, Piper and Leo's personas are switched magically by their unborn baby.

Magic Wears A Mask (5.05)
A young boy whose drawings magically come to life is forced to create a drawing that transforms a demon into a super villain. To help the Charmed Ones stop the demon, the boy creates a new drawing that turns Piper, Phoebe and Paige into comic book super heroines.

The Eyes Have It (the gypsy curse) (5.06)
With her power of premonition gone, Phoebe seeks advice from a fortune teller and discovers that a demon, Cree, is stealing the eyes of Gypsies in an attempt to reverse a curse placed on his father. Meanwhile, when Phoebe touches a Gypsy pendant, her powers return stronger than ever and she vividly witnesses the deaths of The Charmed Ones.

Sympathy for the Demon (5.07)
Cole desperately wants to be good so Paige performs a spell to cast the evil out of him. The evil emerges and takes the form of a black shadow. The Demon of Fear reappears, absorbs the shadow, and goes to kill Cole so he can keep Cole's evil forever. When the Charmed Ones try to protect Cole, the Demon of Fear traps them in the manor and preys on their fears so that the girls find themselves in a "psychologically" haunted house.

A Witch In Time (5.08)
Phoebe inadvertently opens a tunnel in time by repeatedly saving the life of her new boyfriend, Miles, who has been preordained to die. The time tunnel provides a pathway for a warlock from the future, Bacarra, who steals the Book of Shadows and uses its power to kill two of the Charmed Ones, leaving the last remaining sister to reverse the chain of death.

Daddy Dearest (Sam I Am) (5.09)
When Cole realizes that he must eventually give in to his evil destiny, he attacks the Charmed Ones in the hope that they will vanquish him forever and end his suffering. Meanwhile, Paige gets her first charge as a Whitelighter and is shocked when the angry, self-pitying man she is supposed to protect turns out to be the father she never knew.

The Mummy's Tomb (5.10)
Phoebe falls prey to Jeric, a demon in search of the perfect body to hold the spirit of Isis, his dead lover. To trap the spirit Jeric mummifies Phoebe's body. Meanwhile, to save Phoebe, Cole makes a deal with the demon.

The Importance of Being Phoebe (5.11)
The Charmed Ones have troubles, Paige is arrested for a hit-and-run, Piper's club fails health inspections and Phoebe and the newspaper are sued by a woman who claims Phoebe is destroying her marriage. Phoebe is kidnapped and Cole sends a shape-shifter to assume Phoebe's identity to help him trick Piper and Paige into signing the manor over to him. Giving Cole access to the powerful Nexus the Manor is built on.

Centennial Charmed (5.12)
The Charmed Ones celebrate Darryl's promotion to Lieutenant and the sisters finally get to meet his wife. Paige experiences glitches in her powers caused by an experiment gone awry to vanquish Cole. Who makes a deal with the Avatars to increase his powers on the condition that he gets to try and win Phoebe back, by going to an altered reality. Paige also encounters the alternate universe via her sneezing problem, where Piper and Phoebe don't recognize her, and the likes of Shax, the Source and Balthazor are still alive celebrate Cole's 100th Birthday. Paige sets out to reunite with her sisters to vanquish Cole once and for all.

House Call (Obsessions) (5.13)
Glenn finally returns, and Paige who realizes she wants to get back with Glenn, is floored by his big suprise. The sisters have a little evil residue problem at the Manor and call upon a Witch Doctor to get rid of it. Leo's suspicions about the Witch Doctor come true and he learns the Witch Doctor means to get rid of the Charmed Ones, by turning their own mortal obsessions against them.

Sand Francisco Dreamin (5.14)
Dreams take on a whole new meaning when the sisters find out that "dreams really can come true." To protect the Sandman and the dreams of the people in San Francisco, the Halliwells must confront their dreams and defeat the Demon.

The Day the Magic Died (5.15)
Phoebe and Paige go to a summit meeting with the leaders of evil and discover that all magic - both good and bad - has disappeared enabling the leaders to steal Piper's about-to-be-born baby and welcome the twice-blessed child into the kingdom of evil. Meanwhile, Piper goes into labor, while Phoebe and Paige must find a way to save the baby without magic.

Baby's First Demon (5.16)
With the birth of Piper and Leo's child, there is a great stir amongst evil beings to clamor for the magical power her baby possesses. Two Parasite Demons, Leech and Suck, attempt to kidnap the infant to steal the child's magic -- but to get to the youngest Halliwell they must first get past his overprotective mother, suddenly-fighting father, and aunts ready to go to any lengths to save the child -- including sacrificing themselves.

Lucky Charmed (5.17)
Good has been suffering from a streak of bad luck lately, so Leo is assigned by the Elders to help the Charmed Ones figure out why. Paige casts a spell to conjure good luck and instead finds herself transported to a magical realm -- the realm of Leprechauns. A demon has been killing the luck-bringing creatures in order to suck their collective magic free. With a little Irish hocus-pocus to aid their way, the sisters set off to save both the Leprechauns, and their own mysteriously-unlucky lives.

Cat House (5.18)
When Piper and Leo hit a snag in their relationship, Phoebe recommends they see a psychologist friend of hers to clear the air. To get over their awkwardness in opening up, Piper casts a spell to make their memories real, unknowingly sending Paige, Phoebe and a deadly warlock straight back in time to relive the most important points of the duo's relationship over the past four years -- and every wrong move they make threatens to rip apart Piper and Leo's love in the future.

Nymphs Just Wanna Have Fun (5.19)
When a demon kills off one of three Nymph sisters who guard the Eternal Spring that ensures nature's cycle continues, the girls must work to save the earth itself from the evil beings who seek to use the spring's power to gain immortal life and unlimited power. With the loss of one of their own, however, the two remaining Nymphs seek out a third sister to permanently become one of their kind and protect the forest -- and who better to fill the void than wild and burden-free Paige?

Sense and Sensibility (5.20)
The Crone returns to seek more knowledge of the prophecized "twice-blessed" child. In order to get closer to Wyatt she must steal Piper's sight, Phoebe's hearing and Paige's voice in order to trick the baby into thinking that he's safe while she obtains the information she needs.

Necromancing the Stone (5.21)
When Grams is drawn down to Earth to participate in the Wiccan birthing ceremony for Piper and Leo's son, the sisters are unaware that she's brought a piece of her past with her - a former lover who is now a vengeful spirit bent on claiming the lives of the Charmed Ones.

Oh My Goddess part 1 (5.22)
(Season finale) When Matt Peterson, a mysterious guy who claims to come from the future, arrives he informs the Halliwells that The Elders are in grave danger and Whitelighters are being murdered by The Titans, if history does not change good magic will be lost.

Oh My Goddess part 2 (5.23)
(Season finale) The sisters are bestowed with powers of Goddesses when they learn that their existing gifts alone will not be enough to face off against the Titans and come out alive. The girls must succeed in their quest to destroy the Titans or the future of good magic will be lost forever.
