Charmed Again part 1 (4.01)
Mourning the death of Prue, Piper and Phoebe must now come to grips with the loss of their oldest sister, and the loss of the Power of Three. However, The Source discovers an unknown sister - the daughter of Patty and her Whitelighter Sam, who had been kept hidden. Paige, the now-youngest Halliwell, (who has the ability to teleport herself and other objects at will), can restore the Power of Three and reunite the sisters' strength as witches.

Charmed Again part 2 (4.02)

Hell Hath No Fury (4.03)
Paige takes the Book of Shadows into her work to cast spells which help her co-workers. However, she is unaware of the potential consequences of her actions. Piper, who is filled with anger over the death of Prue and the recent actions of Paige, is possessed by a member of a supernatural band of vigilantes known as the Furies. Shortly afterwards, she turns on those around her, including Paige, Phoebe and Leo.

Enter The Demon (4.04)
When making a potion, a put-upon Paige wishes to have a life like the more experienced Phoebe and inadvertently switches bodies with her. While they cover the switch up so Piper doesn't get angry, Piper herself gets involved with a Chinese Zen Master. His student, Yen Lo, has turned to the dark side and been "killed" by the Master's daughter, but is managing to stay alive by hiding out in limbo. Yen Lo takes his former master prisoner and holds him in Limbo, then goes after the daughter (he can emerge into the real world temporarily through puddles of water). Paige and Phoebe deal with each other's romantic entanglements, then figure out how to switch souls back. They then use the potion to switch Piper's soul with the Master's, and he helps them get to Limbo and defeat Yen Lo and send him on to his next karmic life.

Size Matters (4.05)
Piper, Phoebe and Paige are shrunk to a height of five inches when they walk into a trap set by a demon named Gamil.

A Knight To Remember (4.06)
Paige accidentally summons a medieval knight, who believes Paige is the love of his life. However, the knight is under the influence of an evil sorceress.

Brain Drain (4.07)
The Source sends Piper into a deep coma, where she perceives an alternate reality. Phoebe and Paige must find a way to return her to reality and save her from giving up her powers while she is delusional.

Black As Cole (4.08)
Cole must face his true demonic nature when he is faced with another demon who is mistaken as the murderer of local witches who belong to the same coven. Cole proposes to Phoebe, and Piper and Leo consider their future involving children.

Muse To My Ears (4.09)
The Halliwell sisters must find a way to release Muses which have been abducted by a warlock who is attempting to build an evil faction in the absence of The Source.

A Paige From The Past (4.10)
With Leo as her guide, Paige goes back in time to her teen years, in an attempt to resolve her feelings about the accident that killed her parents. Meanwhile, Piper must prevent ghosts, who have inhabited Phoebe's and Cole's bodies, from fulfilling their mission.

Trial By Magic (4.11)
While Phoebe performs jury duty in a murder case, she is hit with a premonition about the real killer, and must convince the rest of the jury that the defendant is not guilty. The problem is the only way to do this, is to prove the existence of magic. Meanwhile, Piper, Paige and Leo try help Phoebe find the real murderer, but they stumble upon a gang of demons involved and they must solve the crime and keep Paige's friend out of danger before Phoebe gets thrown off the jury.

Lost and Bound (4.12)
Wanting to protect a ten-year-old orphaned boy who is a firestarter, Piper and Leo go down to the underworld to kill a demon before he can deliver the kid to The Source. Meanwhile, Phoebe is given Gram's wedding ring by Cole, but to their surprise the ring has been cursed to transform the wearer into a traditional 1950's suburban housewife.

Charmed and Dangerous (4.13)
The Source breaks an age-old agreement between good and evil by stealing The Hollow, an ancient vapor which he uses to absorb first Piper's and then Paige's powers. Phoebe must allow Cole to help The Charmed Ones in spite of having had a premonition that involved Cole sacrificing his life to save her from evil. The sisters seemingly vanquish The Source, not realizing he has begun to take over Cole's body.

The Three Faces of Phoebe (4.14)
Phoebe develops a case of cold feet over marrying Cole and casts a spell which brings a young innocent Phoebe and an old cynical Phoebe to the Manor to help her make a decision. Cole now finds The Source is taking over his entire being. The Source's chief rival, who believes The Source is dead, is convinced by The Seer to kill The Charmed Ones in order to earn the allegiance of the entire underworld.

Marry-Go-Round (4.15)
When Paige flips her tarot cards, she only foresees a bad future for Phoebe and Cole. The source has grown stronger in Cole and he wants to sabotage Phoebe's wedding. In order for their child to be the strongest magic of all time, their wedding needs to be of dark nature, not the white wedding that is planned. After numerous attempts are made to ruin the wedding the seer and Cole unburied Lazarus, an angry demon living in the cemetery. After the sisters are forced to call off the wedding and vanquish him, he reveals that Cole is the one who unburied him. Cole then turns into the seer to cover up, and lures the Charmed ones into the cemetery to "save" Cole - they pass by a lit up chapel in the cemetery, and decide to use it while they can - thus completing the dark wedding the Source needs.

The Fifth Halliwheel (4.16)
Paige is feeling out of place among the happy married people - Phoebe and Cole along with Piper and Leo, and the situation gets worse when Paige becomes convinced Cole’s still a demon, while he secretly plots to impregnate Phoebe with his evil spawn.

Saving Private Leo (4.17)
After 60 years of searching, two ghosts who fought with Leo in WWII come after him seeking revenge for old wounds. When they turn this wrath on his loved ones and kill Piper, Phoebe and Paige face the horror of losing another sister.

Bite Me (4.18)
With hopes of unseating Cole as the ruler of the Underworld, a Vampire Queen orders her fanged charges to attack Paige and turn her into a blood-sucker to get a Charmed One on their side. Paige’s undead transformation isn’t sealed until she takes her first victim, and the Vampire Queen urges her to feed on her two sisters, Phoebe and Piper.

We're Off To See The Wizard (4.19)
Piper and Paige team up with a magical Wizard to stop the coronation that would provide the new Source with his full powers, not realizing that the new head of the Underworld is Cole and Phoebe is his Evil Queen-to-be.

Long Live The Queen (4.20)
Phoebe accepts her new role in Cole's life as Queen of the Underworld, but she still sets out to save an innocent after she has a premonition. Word is spread that the Queen is responsible for saving the innocent and Phoebe and Cole may be facing a bloody coup, with the only solution to prove their dark alligiance is to kill Piper and Paige.

Womb Raider (4.21)
As Phoebe's unborn bundle of joy starts showing signs of fierce demonic powers and a violent hatred of Paige, The Seer plots to steal Phoebe's baby and magically place it in her own body, thereby gaining the power bestowed upon the heir of The Source.

Witch Way Now? (4.22)
(Season finale) Phoebe, Paige and Piper are visited by the Angel of Destiny, who offers The Charmed Ones the chance to chart a new destiny as a reward for vanquishing The Source of All Evil. The sisters can remain Charmed or choose to relinquish their magic and live normal, demon-free lives.
